Varaka Academy

Our "Varaka Academy" training program, which aims to help our more than 500 employees become more efficient and equipped individuals in both their professional and personal lives, was launched in 2021.

Under Varaka Academy, we provide training in two categories: Personal Development and Professional Development. The primary goal of our professional development training is to contribute to the career growth of our employees, raise awareness of their job responsibilities, and enhance their proficiency, reducing the margin for error. In personal development training, the objective is to help employees recognize and understand their potential and needs, enabling them to achieve the success they desire in life. Through these training programs, we aim to foster development, reinforce employees' sense of belonging, and create a continuously learning and evolving organization.

Each November, in line with our strategic goals, we identify our training needs using scientific methods and develop necessary plans. We also incorporate training requests directly from departments and employees into our training program. The following year’s training schedule is established, and the training is delivered through internal or external resources. We track the training programs attended by our employees throughout the calendar year on a unit/individual basis and monitor their progress and success.

Varaka Academy provides more than 40 training sessions annually, ensuring an effective and successful program.
