At Varaka Paper, our internship policy aims to contribute to the development of high school and university students by providing them with internship opportunities, preparing them for professional life, and identifying potential future talent for our company.

We have three main criteria for selecting interns:

• The candidate has researched and is familiar with our company.
• The candidate is enthusiastic about spending their internship period with us.
• The availability of a suitable department and sufficient capacity where the candidate can develop their skills.

If a candidate meets these three criteria, our recruitment team conducts an interview. During the interview, we look for key competencies such as effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork, aligned with the responsibilities of the department the candidate will be placed in.

Interns at our company benefit from transportation, meals, and in-kind assistance during their internship. In terms of wages and insurance, they are employed according to legal regulations as determined by the school or employer.

We have many employees who completed their internships at our company and started working with us after graduation.
